INSIDE ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Account Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment while selling building automation and temperature control components and devices.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a wholesale parts sales & marketing plan, focused on driving increased sales growth and customer acquisition across our geographic territories. Collaborating closely with the outside sales group to proactively manage customer accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn excellent compensation.

Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000 + Commission / Based on Experience

Responsibilities include:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas, monitor key performance metrics
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Preparing effective marketing materials/advertisements for marketing/advertising campaigns
Desired Qualifications include:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
