Job Description

Come Join our SRM Team! We are searching for a skilled national account manager to oversee and manage client relationships on a national basis for our company. In this role, you will act as the senior representative for the company and work with our national clients and partners.

Major Areas of Responsibility: Major areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Performs intake process for new National Account service requests including dispatch, job creation, and accountability according to SLA language
  • Sources, assigns, and distributes projects to pre-qualified office that is nearest to the project location
  • Tracks and records all communications with external franchises, vendors, and subcontractors in company software (R365)
  • Creates, updates, and manages a repository for all Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
  • Ensures responding franchise or company understands and is meeting all account guidelines, pricing, billing format, and time restraints for each national account
  • Understand and resolve any quality, service, or invoicing issues with external franchises, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
  • Submit completed invoicing to clients on behalf of SRM including proper recording in software systems, repositories, and to any invested account holders/salespersons
  • Maintain and process account receivables for all National Accounts
  • Ability to audit internal and external invoices and negotiate settlements to reach fair agreements
  • Communicates with internal and external clients, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and co-workers in a clear, concise, professional manner to ensure world class customer service delivery on a consistent basis
  • Meets monthly with SRM Operations Manager for personal development
  • Professionally represents all aspects of the Operational Offerings of our SRM department
  • Available for after hours and weekend dispatch to meet clients' needs
  • Understands and ensures up-to-date compliance of all SRM Commercial programs
  • Accurately files all completed & paid SRM project files
  • Develops and executes operational strategies focused on revenue margins and efficient service delivery to our clients and customers
  • Analyze data and contracts and apply critical thinking skills to make decisions that are best for all parties involved

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Candidate must be able to develop a thorough understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is able to maintain professionalism and flexibility in a hectic environment. Strong computer skills and ability to foster and maintain relationships are a must.

  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check
