Job Description

What you will do

  • Drive Global Enablement Team and Global Operations key initiatives and integrated communications strategy
  • Build and execute integrated communications plans for global and regional sales roles in support of quarterly business priorities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Enablement, Corporate Communications, Organizational Change Management, Global Operations, etc.) to define and activate communication plans
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and measure program success to ensure field sales adoption
  • Grow and support the enablement brand strategy to raise visibility for the team and organization


Who you are
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business or similar, and graduate after December 2023
  • Strong storytelling skills with a strategic, big picture mindset
  • Experience building communication plans to support business objectives
  • Strong interpersonal, program management, writing, and Microsoft Office tool (e.g., PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, work comfortably with leadership, and collaborate across a range of stakeholders and teams
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Enthusiastic with an appetite for continuous learning
  • Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization and commit to a 12-week internship in summer 2023 (May-August, or June-September)

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer hourly pay of $31.73, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
