Job Description

Administrative Assistant   Responsibilities: 
  ►      Customer Service 1.       Demonstrate brand promise to all customers. 2.       Ensure that all customer contact files are current. 3.       Handle all customer telephone complaint/request by following Solvit! Process (within 24 hours). 4.       Perform 48 hour recall on all customers. 
5.       Provide a tracking and reporting of all complaints, defining the complaint, responses and elapsed time. 
6.       Sending all customer follow‐up correspondences. 
7.       Constantly be aware of all opportunities for accolades, both verbal and in written form.
►      Other duties 1.       Maintain accurate schedule for all crews and update changes. 2.       Handle the customer communications of the company, transmitting all outgoing emails as required, plus monitoring incoming transmission and dispensing to the appropriate departments. 3.       Maintain and update employee hourly work records for all employees and submit on time for payroll. 
4.       Input daily production data into job data manager.

5.        Assist and communicate with field personnel as needed
