Commercial Sales Representative

ServiceMaster Clean is currently seeking a Full-time Commercial Sales Representative who are responsible for selling our companies janitorial services to commercial businesses within a defined service area.
Specific Responsibilities of the Job:
- Generate leads through research, calling, presenting and referrals.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and office visits.
- Resolve any customer inquiries and issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding the restoration process and schedule.
- Submit activity reports, as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Candidate must be able to develop a thorough understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is able to maintain professionalism and flexibility in a hectic environment. Strong computer skills and ability to foster and maintain relationships are a must.

- Able to provide strong and effective client support
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
