ServiceMaster Brands recently relocated our company headquarters from Memphis to Atlanta and we looking for talented people to join our team!
We are currently searching for a Collections Specialist to handle collections on past due accounts including implementing and monitoring payment plans and placement with collection agencies. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be on the phone, managing collections on past due accounts receivables including royalty, national ads, products, media fees, Respond 365 fees, National Accounts and NSF recovery.
What you'll do:
- Implement and monitor payment plans.
- Process terminated franchisee briefs and place with collection agency.
- Monitor collection placement, following up for potential payments from collection agency.
- Process credit card payments from online product ordering website and process payments in the Payment Scheduler.
- Franchise negotiations to recover open AR (late fees, interest charges, etc.).
- Process bankruptcy filings for franchisees as needed.
- Month-end reporting.
What you'll bring:
- Associates degree and 2 years collection experience.
- Strong math skills
