We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Representative to become a part of our team! The Dispute Resolution Representative will act as a liaison between our borrowers and our dealers.
Must have prior Banking or Credit Card dispute experience!
- Research and resolve Customer claims, complaints and chargebacks.
- Working closely with Customer Service and Dealer Concierge teams to research and resolve complaints and chargeback issues.
- Monitoring and tracking chargebacks until resolved on a timely basis.
- Analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
- Receive, review, and request adjustments on incoming dispute claims.
- Provides in-depth research and investigation into transactions for multiple dispute claims, and additional documentation related to claim to further the investigation.
- Prior experience in Credit Card Chargebacks a plus
- Intermediate to advanced level user on Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Detailed oriented and accurate
- Able to understand a process as trained and work with those guidelines for problem resolution
- Must be consistent in attendance and timelines.
- Must have data entry skills
- Must be organized and have ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
