Director of Marketing   

IMMEDIATE OPENING IN PLEASANTON!

Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for an effective and dynamic Marketing Director who is ready to hit the ground running to make an impact in our organization!   

We are looking for a strong candidate who enjoys developing highly effective marketing campaigns by targeting ideal clients, assisting in the development of strong creative materials, and making it all happen on time and under budget.  

The best marketing director is part analyst, part strategist, part manager, and a “do’er” who will roll up their sleeves and do the work that is necessary to accomplish our goals. The candidate will have experience with tv, radio, digital, direct mail, and branding.

We are looking for a strong candidate who enjoys developing highly effective marketing campaigns by targeting ideal clients, assisting in the development of strong creative materials, and making it all happen on time and under budget.

· Strategy, direction, and execution of all marketing channels  

· Weekly reporting and tracking of marketing KPI’s  

· Budgeting, invoicing, reporting by center  

· TV and radio content, strategy, and execution  

· Direct mail management  

· Digital management and growth- SEO, PPC, Website, etc.  

· Vendor Management  

· Email strategy, design, and analysis  

· Paid Lead management  

· Community outreach and sponsorships  

· Internal content designer/branding materials  

· ServiceTitan Marketing administration and reporting  

Key Requirements:  

  

· Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a marketing department  

· Offer expert advice in developing innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events  

· Strong background in developing creative materials, web materials and other key marketing channel assets  

· Budget management and sales forecasting   

· Development and implementation of marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects  

· Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts  

· Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management  

· Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

· Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems  

· Ability to manage a team and independently  

· Strong organizational, time management skills  

· Able to travel throughout Northern California   

· Experience with videography, and photography—ability to create and edit own material  

· 5+ years of experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred
