1. If your resume is selected you will receive a call from our call center 888.534.6089, it is to conduct the initial screening which lasts about 15 minutes; if we do not reach you we will send a text before moving on to the next candidate. *Applicants possessing experience with Guage Work, refrigerant & EPA Type 1 certified will be screened with priority, i.e. Appliance/ Refrigeration Techs, HVAC-R Techs, Automotive A/C, and Transmission Techs, etc.
2. After the initial screening, if you are interested in the position and your initial screening reveals a good potential fit, we will send you a formal package with a pay structure & payout example, a demo of our Field Management Software, and a conference call-in number for final screening and Q&A with our National Service Manager. The call lasts about 25 minutes and is sometimes done in a group setting with other vetted applicants.
3. Your acceptance or decline of the position will be expected shortly after the call with our N.S.M. If you accept you'll be emailed your contract via DocuSign, private logins for our Field Management Software, be scheduled a remote training of the software (which lasts about 30 minutes) and deployed for work within the week.

We are recruiting for two Residential Refrigeration Technicians. Those with verifiable Sealed System (Refrigeration, H-VAC, or Automotive Compressor and Coolant experience) will be prioritized! Our Georgia Technicians are required to cover up to a 90 minutes’ drive from their home though that is usually not required.
Service Center FTC/ PART's Brand Servicers has operated for over 4 years. We are a National Service Partner for major Retailers, Manufacturers, and Extended Coverage Providers including Lowes, Home Depot, Samsung, LG, and Allstate and others.
We are based out of Charlotte, NC
We currently have over 15 Refrigeration Technicians remotely, operating from home in 8 states. We are recruiting 2 additional Technicians only, for immediate start, as soon as a few days after screening.
This is not an hourly position. Our compensation is Flat Rate and dependent on verifiable experience. We pay between $100-$200 per job in your coverage area and expect a minimum of three stops per day, though on average our Technicians make 5 stops daily, usually requiring only one visit, with each visit typically lasting up to 90 minutes.
Because our flat rate is industry-leading we do not provide fuel unless we ask you, and you accept to travel more than 3 hours outside of your coverage area, in which case we will give you a fuel bonus and cover your room and board if staying multiple days to work.
Our Full-Time Technicians bring home no less than $5,000 monthly, some upwards of $10,000 with fulltime M-F availability, and highly based on skill and experience. We will consider candidates with limited or part-time availability as well dependant on your schedule availability.
You must be able to work remotely, in your home coverage area, without supervision. You must be able to communicate frequently & effectively with both our Customers & our Back-office.
Please note, with an abundance of technology available at our disposal, our hiring process has been 100% remote, even before Covid-19.
Upon start, your first paycheck is deposited the Friday of your 3rd work week, and every other week thereafter.
Although drug and background may be required, our company culture is very relaxed. This is not a traditional work environment, those accustomed to working with supervision, in extreme structure or being micromanaged will not thrive in our system.
Communication with support staff often occurs via text message, Kik, email, or Skype. We offer extreme flexibility.

What we require of you:
You MUST have or be willing to acquire your EPA Type 1 certification.
You must have or be willing to acquire:
A Torch Set for Brazing compressor lines or a crimper (due to R600 requirements, we recommend a crimper which we have available at an affordable rate), A Vacuum Pump, Manifold Gauges, Recovery Tank, R134A tank, and a scale
Though not required priority hiring given to those that have the above and also:
A micrometer, multi-meter, tube bender, leak detector of any kind including nitrogen, thermal imager, etc,
