YOUR LIFE AS A DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

This position typically works in the office Monday-Friday from 7 am - 4 pm.

As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you are the glue that holds our company together! You assist with incoming calls, handle customer service issues, and follow up by coordinating with the appropriate field manager. For each new client, you create customer files and enter their site and job information into Service Titan. You also schedule and manage all appointments for our service department as well as dispatch technicians to jobs. Additionally, you manage preventative maintenance contracts, type up quotes and estimates for customers, and coordinate the delivery of marketing materials.

After service appointments are completed, you follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. As needed, you issue vendor purchase orders for service department purchases. You also prepare customer invoices for final accounting review and submission to the client as well as process credit card payments.

Your administrative duties include keeping detailed staff meeting notes, updating meeting documents, filing documents, and logging any purchases made on the company credit card. As a team player, you prepare any marketing or service lead reports when they are requested, keep quotes lists for service managers, and lend a helping hand to your office staff. As required, you apply for permits and attend platform and software training. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • The ability to work remotely
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to be assertive while remaining professional
  • Dispatching / Scheduling experience in the service industry
