The Customer Support Agent position will be responsible for answering incoming calls to Hui's support number - assisting customers with questions, issues, general support, payments, etc.
We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends, and are open to part-time or full-time.
+ Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound follow-up phone calls in a timely manner
+ Assist customers with questions, issues, payment, and providing general support
+ Effectively resolves customer issues or concerns
+ Develop positive relationships
+ Provide friendly courteous, competent and satisfying or better service to all customers
+ Vet customer driving records as needed
+ High School Diploma or equivalent education
+ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
+ Must have ability to work on the weekends if necessary
+ Excellent communication and listening skills
+ Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and able to type a minimum of 25 wpm
