Entry Level Benefit Coordinator
Benefit Coordinators are engaged in direct client interaction with the support of our diverse team of professionals at an assigned location. Working as a team in a decentralized management structure empowers our teams to rapidly make decisions that impact how they perform. We keep an open-door policy for new ideas and encourage our team members to use their ingenuity to execute their duties in an experiential and results measured setting. The combination of this structure with our talented team members allows us to quickly respond to changing market conditions and to exceed the expectations of our clients. Paid Weekly: First year average income ($65,000 - $85,000)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Must have a drivers license and personal vehicle
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Multi-lingual is a plus
