Fast-paced, dynamic intensive case management team at Sequoia Mental Health Services is seeking qualified candidates to join our team of professionals. We seek an outgoing, organized, self-motivated candidate to add to our clinical services. Candidates will be involved in direct participant care, assisting participants in successfully living in the community, connecting participants to natural occurring resources in the community, co-facilitating groups and community networking. Participants in the intensive case management team are adults diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness.
Completion of state approved training as Certified Peer Specialist; or relevant real life experience and willingness to obtain certification.
High School diploma required, Bachelor Degree and QMHA credential preferred.
At least 12 months full or part-time paid or volunteer work experience.
A commitment to recovery, choice, empowerment, and peer support.
Ability to establish a trusting relationship with peers, including excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with good writing and organizational abilities.
Ability to network within the community and work with diverse populations.
Computer proficiency including Microsoft office and HER
