Clinical Supervisor Summary: A leadership position focused on providing direct supervision of clinical services provided to adults with a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) in both an outpatient and intensive case management team. The role includes direct administrative and clinical supervision of a diverse group of Team Leads, QMHP, QMHA and Peer Support Specialists. Compassion, a sense of humor and attention to detail are qualities that help ensure success in this position.
Must have completed MS degree in a mental health field and meet QMHP requirements.
Must have completed two years of post-graduate work in a mental health treatment setting; preferably with adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
Must have current LPC or LCSW license in Oregon.
Proficiency in CBT, MI, DBT and Trauma work
CADC II preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English fluency preferred
Essential Job Functions:
Assist in recruitment, screening and onboarding of all personnel hired for supervised teams.
Complete annual performance appraisals of all direct reports.
Lead weekly team meetings including covering necessary administrative topics, clinical staffing and care coordination.
Lead Group Supervision 1- 2 times per month.
Provide individual supervision of staff and interns
Review and approve clinical documentation in compliance with OARs and Medicaid clinical necessity criteria.
