Client Service Representative - Outside

SentriForce is a leading provider of video security and surveillance services in the Southeast Construction market. Our fast growth in Central Texas brings an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Client Services Representative (CSR).
About the Role
As a CSR, this role focuses on generating revenue through maintaining client relationships, as well as working with a team of sales professionals. This role increases the collaboration between a company's sales and customer service teams, as account managers handle a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new opportunities for the sales team. They work closely with the sales and operations teams to provide the highest level of service possible to our clientele.
In this role, you will:
· Be the eyes and ears on new and upcoming territory, as well as identify new opportunities.
· Meet with Territory Sales Manager and clients to determine the location of assets.
· Identify client needs and collaborate with clients and SentriForce team members on solutions.
· Report results and market indicators to sales management.
· Work autonomously and proactively.
· Follow up, follow up, and then follow up some more.

Your Qualifications
This position is a customer-facing position, which requires a person that enjoys interacting with people. Your experience is not as important as your desire and ability to learn new skills. This is a position for someone who is a people person. We believe that the right person can find great success with our hands on training and mentorship program.
There are a few requirements:
· Prior experience in a service-oriented industry is strongly encouraged.
· A clean driving record is a must, we cannot employ you if your driving record is not clean.
· Reliable transportation is a must.
· The ability to pass a background check and a drug screen is a must, both pre-employment and randomly during employment.
· A college degree is preferred but not required. Your experience and personal attributes are more important to us.
Compensation $$$$
We believe in investing in the right team member. This position includes a base salary, an automotive allowance, a generous commission structure and a full benefits package. You will be responsible for managing the existing customer locations in a geographic territory as well as identifying potential new opportunities in this territory for the sales team.
Below are the details of the position compensation:
· Base salary of $45,000.
· Company vehicle provided.
· You will inherit an existing book of business and start earning commissions within your first 30 days.
· A simple commission structure that incentivizes account management.
· You have the ability to earn.
