Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Type: Full-time

Located in Park City, Utah, Sentient is revolutionizing the aesthetic industry.

We are currently looking to add a Shipping & Receiving Clerk our team. This role will report to the operations manager and will be an integral part of the warehouse team. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will help ensure a smooth day to day flow of all shipping and receiving, from systems to accessories to components.

 

Essential Functions:

● Receiving incoming materials such as but not limited to laser systems, assemblies, parts, and equipment.

● Package and create shipping documentation for all outbound shipments to domestic and international customers

● Schedule and coordinate both Domestic and International freight transactions

● Readjust shelves as necessary for optimal space utilization

● Work through normal surges in volume or occasional rush/afterhours shipment to meet deadlines and customer expectations

● Maintain clean work area, shelves, and warehouse

● Creates packing list, receiving lists, and other documents as required for each shipment

● Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers

● Verifying incoming shipments against sales orders or invoices to ensure no missing or damaged items

 

Qualifications:

● High school degree or equivalent

● 1-3 years of shipping and receiving experience

● Prior forklift experience

● Experience building and assembling containers and/or packaging

● Experience with receiving into ERP/inventory tracking system

 

Extra’s – The “Nice To” haves:

● Must be able and willing to lift up to 100lbs

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a solid foundation and understanding of the importance of relationship building

● Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize shipments based on company needs

● Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
