Due to our projected growth, we are looking for hard-working and energetic representatives to join our growing team! As a Sales Consultant, you will receive hands-on training throughout our business, including sales, client relations, and client management. At Sentient Lasers, we prefer to promote our leadership team from within to provide advancement opportunities to high-performing and hard-working employees. We will train you on everything you need to succeed, such as building relationships with the clients, follow-up processes, and opening new accounts. You will be trained on all the equipment and services we offer.

Requirements:

Tele-sales: making 40 - 100 calls per day from our database

Achieving sales quotas

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and or Google Documents

Excellent phone communication skills

Familiarity with CRM practices

Highly motivated and target driven

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

BS/BA degree or equivalent
