The Regional Account Manager is responsible for working in collaboration with the Patient Care Coordinators, to provide sales support to key accounts, direct patient clinical education/support and work with key accounts to identify and establish individualized documentation processes to manage our current and new patient populations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent and build the Sentido brand directly to key identified accounts through face-to-face visits
  • Effectively manage sales territory by building and managing relationships
  • Effectively prospect for new business (sales & marketing) opportunities within current call points & newly identified account
  • Deliver and educate on the use of enteral pumps as needed
  • Serves as a concierge to key accounts, representing Sentido in key communications
  • Effectively manages pending patient’s (new & renewal) through the documentation & authorization process
  • Create weekly routes with recurring calls via CRM, to complete all required physician calls
  • Follows specified instructions in the delivery of patient protected health information, sales messages and marketing material
  • Participates in educational meetings and events as directed
  • Function as patient ombudsmen to facilitate timely service to our clients and to provide solution of any issues or conflict relating to the same
  • Identify new business (sales & marketing) opportunities within call points & key accounts
