Senior Lifestyle Solutions, an insurance brokerage focused on meeting the needs of our aging population, is in need of Insurance Professionals. Qualified Representatives will be working with existing Medicare Supplement / Life Insurance client base uncovering needs for LTC and Annuity solutions using Senior Lifestyle Solutions’ carriers and products which are the most competitive in the marketplace.

We are an independent growing brokerage seeking candidates for our Entry Level and Advanced Sales positions in the Eugene area as well as Statewide.

Entrepreneurial mindsets wanted. We want you to have a desire to work for yourself without the overhead cost of an office or leads (these will be provided to you).

No experience necessary.

We will train the right individuals.

The more effort you put in to your success the more money you will earn. We do not engage in any "pushy" sales tactics. We first want to educate our clients and then earn their trust and business. We are not a call center and do not engage in telemarketing.

Qualifications:

Ethical and professional conduct is a must.

You must be 18 or older.

You must have a Driver's License and reliable vehicle capable of transporting marketing materials.

No felonies or DUI/DWI.

This is a 1099 contract position.

DUTIES:

Develops retirement plans by evaluating clients' financial situation, objectives, requirements, and preferences; recommending and selecting solutions; obtaining acceptance.

Serving as primary point of contact for clients; coordinating development and delivery of services among service team members; issuing and reviewing documents; completing plan set-up.

Develops new business by contacting potential clients; explaining service benefits; preparing and closing contracts; presenting new products to existing clients.

Realizes and preserves asset value after taxes by determining and recommending strategies; developing asset allocations; researching investment options; monitoring contract performance; recommending and implementing changes in strategies; offering guidance and advice; obtaining, evaluating, and planning estate provisions.

Resolves client issues by providing information and explanations; responding to inquiries and requests.

Protects client and company interests by complying with federal, state, and foreign regulations; keeping information confidential.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Customer Service, Customer Focus, General Math Skills, Analyzing Information, Verbal Communication, Building Relationships, Professionalism, Business Knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

Oregon Life & Health Insurance Producers License -- OR WILLING TO OBTAIN-- we can assist you in becoming licensed

Reliable Vehicle, Proof of Insurance and Valid Driver's License

Errors and Omissions Insurance will be required upon contracting. We will walk you through the process.

Positive Attitude is a MUST.

Applicants will also be background screened in conjunction with contracting with our various carriers which may include criminal, credit and MVR reports. A pre-contract drug screen may also be required.
