Senergy Solar is in hyper-growth mode, we are in 6 markets across 5 states and looking for amazing people to join our growing team.
Solar is a $18.7 billion industry and growing. We are looking for a D2D Solar Sales Representative to join our field team! You will be responsible for informing customers on the benefits of solar and helping them realize the savings with going solar.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team and knock in designated areas set by Area Manager (AM)
- Respond to all communications (emails, texts, phone calls, etc.) within at least 24 hours
- Report all setting numbers to the assigned Area manager on a daily basis by days end.
- Be hungry to grow your career
- Be coachable
- Have grit
- Hit and exceed quotas each month
- 20 good qualified conversations per day
- 1 set/appointment per day
Weekly Commission payout based on deals booked per month:
- Average reps walk away with $1,100 per week, top performers average $1,500 per week

Senergy Solar was founded by Curtis Taylor. He found the Solar industry to be a great opportunity to improve the environment and help others improve in leadership. He worked for two of the largest solar providers in the country, gaining knowledge in every area of these companies. He studied them both and noted their strengths as well as areas for improvement. He knew he could take his experience and knowledge to create something better. He left each company thankful for what they taught him and the opportunity provided, setting out to build something better.
