Building Maintenance Worker
Seneca Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has a FULL-TIME opening in our Building Maintenance Department.
We are an 80 bed skilled nursing facility that is established as an industry leader in the Waterloo community and is a part of Hurlbut Care Communities.
Monday - Friday with some 'On-Call' responsibilities. May require some flexible scheduling for floor care on off-shifts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in minor electrical , plumbing and painting required
- Experience with Floor Care, Buffing, Stripping, Waxing
- Experience Carpet Cleaning and Extraction
- Maintenance experience in the Long Term Care setting preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills are required
- Organizational stewardship and Excellent Customer Service Skills required
