Customer Service Representative

 

 SUMMARY  

 SeneGence International is a multi-faceted, corporation that is committed to making a positives contribution to women everywhere is seeking a copy writer. We are a privately owned, network marketing company that is in the business of developing and selling personal care products through an independent sales network and have been in business since 1999.   

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

 · This position requires the delivery of exceptional customer service to all our distributors.   

· Be responsible for answering phone calls, email, fax and mail inquiries addressing and resolving issues as they arise.    

· Handles shipping inquiries, marketing and compensation questions, order processing, product inquiries, product returns and events and promotion issues as they arise.    

· Call Distributors who have placed a charge backs to try to reconcile payment.    

· Assist with resignation refunds, enter sales tax certificates, work the “On Hold Report” Account Research to answer commission question   

· The individual will work from 12:00 Noon to 9 :00 PM CST Monday Through Friday 

  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE   

 · Genuine interest in assisting callers and providing outstanding customer service   

· Positive and enthusiastic attitude is a must   

· Ability to proactively assess situations and work/think independently   

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, to be a forward thinker   

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills   

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

· Excellent phone skills   

· Computer literate   

· Team player, with 3-5 years of call center/customer service experience   

· Excellent attendance and punctuality   

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.   

· Typing accuracy and basic math and spelling skills   

· Bilingual preferred (Spanish), but not required   

· Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.   

· Must be able to lift to 25 pounds.
