Customer Service Account Manager

We are seeking a diligent, reliable and motivated individual with the ability to manage customer accounts in a rapidly growing technology company. The Customer Care Account Manager will work with the Customer Service, Marketing, Operations and Sales departments to process sales orders and shipments, set customers up and train them on our CMS (Network), troubleshoot customer issues and maintain a contact program with the customers within their territory. Additional interaction with driver-clients as needed. The ideal candidate will be professional and courteous at all times, be comfortable with basic office technology and software, possess the ability to quickly and efficiently learn a content management system and educate other users on that system, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. This is a professional position in a growing technology company; previous account management experience is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided for the right addition to our team.

Main Job Tasks

  • Process orders and shipment schedules
  • Work with clients within a content management system (CMS)
  • Review customer accounts to provide troubleshooting, guidance and basic technological assistance both through email and real-time correspondence
  • Provide education to new and prospective EVSE users
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries
  • Prepare and issue SemaConnect passes when Network Operations is unable to do so

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4-year degree
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs
  • Past experience with order and shipment processing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Detail-oriented self-starter, well organized and able to work with minimum supervision
