In this role you will be the voice of our clients assisting customers with various banking inquiries.
The role requires the ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment, and a passion for helping others.

Flexible hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday – Friday
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Manage large amounts of customer related requests
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and enter notes accurately
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
