- Responsible for providing first point of contact for Health System Patient Ambassador dept, Patient Transport and Patient Lift Team.
- Process a high volume of calls, request info, and provide paging services.
- Accurately document all tasks performed.
- Utilize EPIC to enter transport, EVS, and patient lift requests.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
