We are seeking hardworking and reliable Manufacturing Technicians to carry out various tasks for a busy manufacturing company. This is a full time, temp to hire position. We are seeking candidates who have some mechanical and assembly experience.

- Semiconductor type work
- Lab/research work in conjunction with pharmaceuticals

Support Production by performing electro-mechanical sub-assemblies of wires or cables, including manual soldering of fine wires under the microscope.
Operates manufacturing equipment, test instruments, table-top punch press and performs other manufacturing tasks as requested.
Removes excess wire materials under the microscope.
Build, wire, and solder major and minor assemblies of moderate complexity using hand tools as required and working from Work Instructions and 2D Drawings.
Performs in-process inspection of wires.
Accurately enters data into production log or electronic spreadsheets.
Recognizes and reports product, process, and equipment factors which may have a negative impact on product quality or process efficiency.
Generates required documentation for the device history record.
Consistently adheres to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and departmental policies.
Understands and complies with hazardous communications rules and regulations.
Technical Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Chemical Engineering) or equivalent preferred, HS Diploma required
One year of hands-on manual soldering experience.
Ability to work with microscopes and perform fine assemblies under microscopes.
One to Two years of electronics or sensor manufacturing experience, in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment (i.e., cGMP or ISO) preferred.
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Schedule: Swing Mon-Thurs 4p-2am (anything over 10 hours in a day is OT)
Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm (anything over 10 hours in a day is OT)
Will TRAIN on Day Shift Mon-Thurs (6am-4:30pm) and then move to Swing or Weekend Shift
Wages: $18.00-19.00/hr to start
Duration: 3 months with possibility of temp to hire
