Local linen company is looking for a Part Time Office Assistant who is reliable and a quick learner.
Job duties include the following:
- Know how to use Quick Books.
- Accounts Payable experience.
- Matching packing slips to invoices and checking PO’s.
- Posting those to QB and paying bills.
- Adding up time cards.
- Entering data into Excel from other programs.
- Assisting with answering some phones that will need to be covered after 12:30.
- Helping with bank deposits.
- Other misc. items as assigned
This is a temporary, part time position. Current Financial Manager will be out and candidate will be asked to cover.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $16-$25 depending on experience
- Quick books knowledge or familiar
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Great Attendance is IMPORTANT
- Quick learner
- Dress attire
- Resume is required
