Intermediate to advanced level MS Office Skills. Excel proficiency is required Knowledge of basic accounting procedures Organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill Ability to work independently and proactively take charge of accomplishing goals Professional demeanor and strong motivation to meet deadlines, which includes knowing when to reprioritize workload Attention to detail and persistent follow up skills Strong customer service skills, including answering client calls and conducting collections over the phone Experience with handling and organizing a high volume of email Physical attendance at the job site is required Additional Skills/Abilities Preferred, but Not Required: Experience using Microsoft Dynamix 365
