Duration: 6 Months (Contract with possibility of extension) on W2

Pay Rate: Up To $75/- Per Hour on W2 all inclusive

Job Title: SAS Programmer II / Sr. Statistical Programmer (3 Open Positions)
Location: Groton – CT OR 100% remote is okay
Duration: 5 Months (Contract with possibility of extension) on W2

Pay Rate: Up To $58/- Per Hour on W2 all inclusive

Minimum Qualifications: SAS Programmer III / Sr. Statistical Programmer

· Performs all SAS programming required for clinical trial analysis and reporting.

· Ensures that activities and processes performed are conducted according to sponsor requirements.

· Works closely with the Biostatistics and Data Management departments on various clinical projects.

· Leads programming efforts for large complex studies.

· Requires time management skills, and strong SAS programming expertise.

· Reviews case report form (CRF) design. Designs and/or reviews database structure.

· Writes edit checks from the Data Cleaning Plan (DCP) specifications.

· Creates derived-analysis datasets. Executes analyses specified in the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) or Report and Analysis Plans (RAP) under the guidance of the project statistician.

· Acts as primary programmer to produce tables, listings, and figures for the clinical study report (CSR).

· Acts as secondary programmer to validate SAS programs that produce derived-analysis datasets and data analyses.

· Years of Experience 5-7.

· A productive, hands on programmer who applies technical knowledge and practical experience to deliver statistical programming deliverables to support assets and study teams with limited supervision early in role and independently later in role.

· Ensures excellence in the programming of analysis ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures for which they are responsible

· Ensures adherence to high quality programming standards in their daily work.

· Accountable for the quality and timely delivery of datasets and displays required for their clinical study reports as well as other asset level deliverables they may be programming

· Ensures appropriate documentation and QC across the lifespan of the study for all of their programming deliverables

· Exhibits routine and occasionally complex problem solving skills, seeking direction when appropriate.

· Works with statisticians and programming leads to ensure clear specifications for their programmed deliverables are in place.

· Will be knowledgeable in core safety standards as well as TA standards pertinent to their project, may aid in development of standards necessary for their study

· May contribute to department level initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: SAS Programmer III / Sr. Statistical Programmer

· BS min, or MA preferred

· Stem background

· Biotech, pharma, biomedical background

· 7-10 years of experience

· 100% remote is okay

· Requires time management skills, and strong SAS programming expertise.

· This role is a hands on statistical programmer supporting study and asset teams in the delivery of less complex statistical programming deliverables

· Ensures excellence in the programming of analysis ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures, and qc work for which they are responsible

· Ensures adherence to high quality programming standards in their daily work.
