Job Description

We are is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to play an important role in helping their business grow successfully. In this role, you will be an integral part of expanding the business through new sales, account penetration, and account management in the wholesale diamond industry. Our client is located in downtown Philadelphia. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Base salary is up to $60k depending on experience plus commissions.

Our client has been in business for over 35 years with offices in Israel and Philadelphia. They are a direct cutter and manufacturer of diamonds and fine diamond jewelry. They are a market leader in the industry and growing at a fast rate. They offer cutting-edge technology that helps the independent jewelers create more sales while increasing closing percentages month after month.

*** This position is required to work in the office (firm with ample space, able to maintain distance, and extremely sanitized), NOT remote work ***

Role and Responsibilities

  • Implement solution-based sales strategies to uncover new business opportunities and manage account growth
  • Generate new business, account penetration, and account growth across all product lines within a geographic territory
  • Sell loose diamonds and finished goods to existing customers and prospects
  • Plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential
  • Prepare and present professional business proposals and executive presentations
  • Daily cold calling and management of client list.
  • Submit weekly call reports for prospects and existing account coverage including sales forecast to the Sales Manager


  • 1-2 years of recent Business-to-Business Sales Experience (B2B) in an individual contributor role
  • Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers in a corporate structure
  • Negotiating and closing skills
  • Experience working within a Team Selling model
