Occupational Therapist (OT) - Neuro Transitional Rehab

Occupational Therapist needed for PRN shifts with multidisciplinary team at our Neuro Transitional Rehab Center. The patient population includes acquired brain injuries and/or spinal cord injuries with additional comorbidities. Program focuses on return to living at home with family providing care. Care will primarily be performed in the Day Neuro Clinic. However, the need to perform treatment at the Transitional Facility may be necessary on occasion as well as in the community.
Requires a current and valid OT state license plus 2+ years of licensed outpatient experience with neuro patients. Familiarity with team approach, wheelchair seating, spinal cord, vestibular rehabilitation and spasticity management required. Must have strong documentation and strong communication skills.
