Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay: $17-18/hr


Must be bilingual in Spanish/ English

- Reception:

  • o Answer phones and direct them to the appropriate person/extension as needed.
  • o Answer initial questions for all callers.
  • o Accept and distribute packages as they arrive

- Administrative Support for the Office:

o Assist with New Hire initial processing

o Assist with Payroll/Timesheet processing for assigned groups

o Assist with HR and Accounting mailings

o Filing and projects as assigned o Facilitate/implement office and company-wide activities/events

- Administrative Support for the local Account Managers:

o Assist with tag jobs/bids for the Account Managers

o Fax/Email completed ones to potential or current customers following professional email formatting

o Assist with general administrative duties for the Account Managers as needed, to include but not be limited to: printing, copying, faxing, emailing, filing

o Create SDS books for the Account Managers/Purchasing Manager

- Social Media: o Manage Facebook page and activity

o Manage Instagram page and activity

o Manage Linked In page and activity

o Manage Google and Indeed reviews

o Manage job openings for the company: Indeed, Snag-a-job, social media, signs, Linked In, job fairs, college campuses, DOL, etc.


- Professional presentation in person, on the phone and in writing

- At least 2 years of administrative experience is preferred

- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook working knowledge
