Customer Service Representative
Salary: $13.00 / Hr.
Shift: 1st - Either 7-3:30 or 10:30 -7p. Potential Long Term

Sedona Staffing San Diego is currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative.
Support and provide superior customer service via phones and e-mails.
Calling Clients after service has been provided and initiating surveys regarding the service they have received.
- Scheduling appointments with new Clients over the phone.
- Must document and do data entry into their system for documentation
Additional Job Requirements:
- Must be computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have excellent communication Skills
- Have ability to question and listen to caller to support call guidelines
- Have a professional manner when speaking with Clients.
