What You'll Do

The Purchase Clearing Coordinator works closely with all parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure timely purchase of loan files by the investor.

Duties will also include:

Monitor Investor suspense reports daily
Determine validity of suspense issues and notify investors of any invalid suspenses
Work with branch staff, title companies and insurance agents to obtain documentation to resolve valid suspenses
Coordinate with shipping staff to help obtain missing documentation prior to shipping the loan file
Develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with branch staff
Document correspondence on each loan file in Encompass
Pull and distribute purchase advice
Work with investors after loan purchase to clear post purchase issues

What We'll Love About You

Knowledge of Encompass is a huge plus
Prior mortgage experience is a huge plus
1-12 months' experience in a similar or related position
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail
Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members
Strong customer service skills
