We are currently looking to fill a full time Customer Care Representative role in our Customer Care department. This position will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders/agents/funeral homes. This is a great opportunity to get call experience working for a stable company in the insurance industry.

Requirements
What We'll Love About You
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak English and Spanish
- Basic computer operation skills
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to quickly lean new processes and procedures
- Ability to work Monday through Friday - 8:00am-4:45p
- Have 100mb download speed and 50mb upload speed
- Must be a wired connection or a fiber connection for your internet provider
