Job Description

Job Title: Endpoint Security Administrator

Location: Oakton, Virginia

Clearance Level: Secret Clearance. Prefer Top Secret with SCI eligibility

SecuriGence is seeking an Endpoint Security Administrator to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.


  • Serve as Integral member of a team supporting Tenable ACAS, Tanium, and HBSS for multiple networks within the Agency
  • Conduct Scans and Review Dashboards as needed to ensure compliancy of all Operating Systems
  • Install updates and new versions of the software supported by Security Team
  • Create, Deploy, and manage Tenable scan configurations
  • Ensure ACAS scanners and Security Center are reporting properly
  • Perform Monthly vulnerability scans and work with operations to ensure non-compliant systems are brought to compliancy
  • Investigate false positives or potentially confusing scan data results
  • Implement DoD mandated security configurations, as well as industry best practices for HBSS and Tanium
  • Install and maintain HBSS agent modules to servers and end user machines (ABM, ASE, DLP, HIPS, PA, VSE) and respond to escalated support requests for technical assistance
  • Validate, coordinate, and conduct all HBSS scheduled maintenance
  • Work with Remedy trouble ticketing system to coordinate troubleshooting efforts with the end user, system owners, and varying issues across the enterprise IT environments

Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years' relevant experience
  • Unix / Linux /Windows experience.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and applying DISA STIGs/Security Patches
  • Experience in building HBSS queries
  • Experience in running ACAS Scans and upgrading ACAS
  • Database engineering and design for storage-based and transactional applications.
  • Demonstrated strong writing skills with SOP and Policy development relevant to HBSS.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
  • Collaborates with team members and contributes productively to the team's activities while demonstrating respect for different points of view


  • Bachelor's degree. Can be substituted for Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or 4 years relevant experience.
  • IAT-II Certification
  • DoD Secret Clearance. Prefer Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
