SUMMARY
The Client Services Coordinator will support Programming and Business Development. Serving as a connector between multiple departments to support our external clients and promoters, enhancing their experience at our facility. The position will actively work to reinforce efforts and create opportunities that add value to events, ticket buyers and corporate partners, both internal and external.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Liaison with programming, clients and various event operations teams, ensuring that contracted deal points agreed to in the negotiation and booking process are fulfilled. As well as, executing any special requests that are not anticipated at the time of booking. Such as sponsorship activations for Stadium and WAMU Theater events
- Identify and execute unique opportunities for Premium and Suite ticket holders. Including the Club Holders FROR for all events, VIP and early access options at WAMU Theater and other events and maximizing opportunities for suite use at special events
- Coordinate programming that drives unique opportunities and existing event enhancements. Execute initiatives that generate increased ancillary revenues for events
- Serve as liaison with Corporate Partners, internal and external, for event activations
- Manage Promoter Suite needs and special requests at Stadium and WAMU Theater events
- Provide oversite and manage internal expectations for non-traditional event spaces (i.e. tailgates/pre-events in Muckleshoot Heritage Plaza, 2k WAMU Theater shows, VIP events Muckleshoot Heritage Plaza Concerts)
- Implement and participate in department initiatives including client and artists hospitality and customer service programs including client gifts, artists swag, meet and greets, training camp and other hosting opportunities
- Gather and confirm all event information with event operations, ticket operations, and tour before it is published in event communications (i.e. Know-before-you-go emails)
- Work with FGH for tour sponsorship activations and special requests
- Provide project management for capital improvement of our entertainment spaces, including but not limited to WAMU Theater, Box Office and the Muckleshoot Heritage Plaza
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Director of Bookings & Business Development, to be shared across Senior Management and ownership
- Provide administrative support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience in a related field
- Must be available to work varied days and hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proven history of successfully executing public events in the music and entertainment industry
- Basic budget and event settlement understanding
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Great people skills and proven ability to manage conflict
- Superior critical thinking, analytic and communication skills
- Creative, detail oriented and flexible
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
