Territory Sales Manager - North Central

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Chicago Area) to join our growing Sales Team. Your will bring expert knowledge of the mechanical systems found in commercial buildings (including heating, cooling, ventilation, and light systems) to educate potential customers and Channel Partners, grow our brand within your territory, and help bring our planet-serving technology to the masses.
Top "Must-Have" Skills for this job:
•5+ years of professional experience in Technical Solution Sales and selling HVAC Control Solutions
•5+ years of experience selling through a Channel or to Channel Partners (preferred)
• Previous experience selling to our target personas (Mechanical and Controls Contractors, Distributors, and Specifying Engineers)
•Experience with construction documents, mechanical specifications, and project take-offs
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of building heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting equipment/systems
•Familiarity with multiple sales and business (CRM & ERP) software platforms
•Knowledge of HubSpot, NetSuite, and Microsoft products (nice to have)
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field)
