We are looking for Family Medicine Physicians who have a passion for improving the way care is delivered and who want to get back to the fundamentals of good medicine. As our company uses our $70M in venture funding to expand nationally, we are looking for physicians who are eager to take on professional development opportunities and deepen patient relationships. As medical team member, you will work with colleagues who are board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics, internal medicine, and family medicine. You will be supported by a dedicated personal driver and you will have a world-class technology team building you the tools you need to maximize efficiency while reducing overhead.
Required Skills and Experience:
-State Licensed Physician: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
-Minimum of 3 years experience.
-Must be tech-savvy and be able to easily utilize an array of applications, a s.
smartphone, tablet, and EMR.
-Background Check/ Active medical license with check is required.
-Ability to treat and manage the health and well-being of patients (from newborns to seniors) as it pertains to their wellness, urgent medical issues, and chronic illness with a goal of establishing a primary care relationship.
-Strong work ethic with effective communication skills and a collaborative
-Attention to detail, especially in medical documentation.
-Knowledge of HEDIS measures and the ability to close gaps in medical care.
-Comfortable with women’s medicine but OB delivery is not needed
-Comfortable with caring for children including well-child care providing
vaccines, vision and hearing screens
-Clinical supervision of medical assistants when working together.
-Work with Medical Directors and the Chief Medical Officer to identify opportunities to innovate and improve medical care.
What you need to know:
- Flexible scheduling
- Typically see one to two patients an hour, with goals set to drive interpersonal relationships with patients and families
- A dedicated driver or rideshare provides transportation while you maintain a medical supply kit
- Use of iPad for EMR charting
- Heal operations support for prescription refills, lab follow up, and coordinated care management
