DevOps Software Engineer - Python

We are hiring for a DevOps Software Engineer with good Python programming ability.

This is a 100% remote opportunity, must be located in the USA

Skills and Experience

• Experience with Terraform and Ansible and managing an IaC environment.
• Good knowledge of Python.
• 1-3 years of experience automating infrastructure in a public cloud (Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
• Understanding of basic networking and systems administration concepts.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Airflow, and Windows automation a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to debug, problem solve, test, and develop solutions independently.
• Ownership mindset and capable of self managing tasks, scope and priorities.
• Focused on providing our customers and team members with world class products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and deploy scalable, efficient, and reusable code.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues with deployed systems.
• Maintain documentation and source control.
• Write code as part of a collaborative team, building and deploying infrastructure components.
• Implement with some autonomy and architect solutions in collaboration with engineering leads.
• Development and production infrastructure, including Kubernetes, VMs, and Airflow.
• Provide rapid response to the needs of the team.
