Search Solution Group is searching the ideal candidate for our client who is a global leader in the design, sourcing, manufacturing and lifestyle marketing of upscale home furnishings.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Customer Care Representative position has the following roles and responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate customer accounts by delivering successful solutions to the customer resulting in complete customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders and changes to existing orders; confirming price, quantities, and various product specifications, auditing sales orders for accuracy.
Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion; checking inventory, price, lead time, and status of delivery.
Coordinating information with outside sales representatives, the location manager, warehousing personnel, and/or other company departments as needed.
Research customer requests or complaints regarding product availability, shipment, quantity, quality, delivery and lead-time and take corrective action as needed. Review and authorize return goods, invoice adjustments and warranty claims.
Acts as the inside liaison between customers and the Company. Coordinates and communicates information to and from all internal and external customers.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
3-5 years customer service experience, preferably in distribution or a sale driven organization
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Ability to use abstract reasoning, possess problem solving ability, stability, a high level of conscientiousness, and the ability to be accommodating and service oriented
Ability to analyze and interpret data, anticipating potential roadblocks and recognizing trends
Ability to exercise independent judgment, be pro-active, and follow-through on work assigned by organizing, prioritizing and staying on task
Accountable for customer satisfaction through internal and external communications
Ability to skillfully negotiate with internal and external customers in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner
Professional phone demeanour and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Displays positive attitude and strong work ethic
