Contract - Customer Care - Call Center Expert - Round Rock, Texas

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Perform a variety of administrative and customer service functions
Fulfill customer orders and provide back-up to supervisors as needed
Handle inbound calls from customers while keeping customer care as the constant goal
Maintain up-to-date computerized information
Professionally resolve inquiries and build relationships with customers and clients
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
Associate’s degree or BS/BA (preferred)
2-3 years of customer service experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
The ability to manage and prioritize critical tasks
The ability to adapt to changing situations and/or new systems and be able to work well in a team environment
