Nutrition Assistant Certifier I - Posting #21588
Full-time Nutrition Assistant Certifier for our WIC/Nutrition Clinic in Everett. We are opening a brand new clinic in Lynnwood and the person selected will also work some shifts in Lynnwood. We are looking for candidates that are bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Russian. Please apply even if you are not bilingual.
Selected applicant will be responsible for client enrollments, orientations, voucher issuance and maintaining client files. The Nutrition Assistant Certifier identifies and makes nutrition and other health related referrals, performs client risk assessments and provides basic nutrition education in individual and group settings.
- Valid state Driver’s License required
- Access to an insured vehicle
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience with the WIC program and/or interest in nutrition is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or Russian/English preferred.
