Job Description

Knowledgeable about wines, preferably Italian
Knowledgeable about Italian cuisine, must learn full menu
Outgoing and welcoming personality
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
Attentive to guests
Greet customers upon their departure
Be able to make suggestions based on food preferences
Must be able to arrange table settings
Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
Keep tables clean and tidy at all time

Company Description

Landini’s Group is family-owned by Leo Landini, a Florence, Italy native, and his wife, Christine Landini, a San Diego native. Founded in 2009 in San Diego’s Little Italy, the first Landini’s Pizzeria, famous for its New York-style pizza, opened following another in Point Loma’s Liberty Public Market on May 8, 2019 and the first Las Vegas location opened on January 22, 2021.
Leo Landini’s love for his Italian culture led him to open his first table service restaurant, Ristorante Illando, above his original Landini’s in Little Italy, on April 25, 2016. Fast forward to October 3, 2020, Leo’s latest venture, Scuderie Italia, opens in Pacific Beach. Italian food and Italian cars shines through in this quaint restaurant serving elevated Italian cuisine. You’ll find scratch pasta, authentic Napoletana pizza, flavorful appetizers, entrées and desserts, all made with fresh produce and hand-selected meats from trusted butchers.
