Job DescriptionUnder close supervision, operates shears, punch press, notchers, saws and bending equipment to cut and shape structural steel and glastic.Compensation:$15 - $17Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Measures surfaces to determine proper length, width and thickness required for the job. Operates shear as required for parts fabrication. Operates punch press to measure and cut square, circular and other shaped holes.
May operate manual and computerized press brakes to bend corners in sheet metal and back gauges, including making horizontal and vertical adjustments. May operate notcher to make open or closed cuts for doors, sides, roofs, and small part. May operate grinders and cutting...
