Responsibilities:
- List and lease residential or commercial real estate
- Host open houses and other events
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
- Have to complete a mandatory 75-hour real estate course
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
