Diagnoses or evaluates mental and emotional disorders of children, adolescents and adults and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plan by performing the following duties: Provides ubiquitous Diagnostic Assessment services for the clinic and triages clients as clinically indicated. As needed, provides mental health and substance abuse individual and group counseling services. Provides Crisis coverage as needed. Ensues all services are documented in accordance with Center policy and procedure. Determines and monitors intensity of medically necessary services.
In order to be considered for this position, you MUST have the following requirements:
Required Education and Experience: Master degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited Graduate School of Social Work or Counseling. 2 years experience preferred.
Required Certification, Credentials and Active Licenses: LSW/LPC required LISW/LPCC preferred. Maintain licensure status and post areas of Competence and Services.
Valid Ohio driver's license and use of personal car required.

We treat adults, teens, and children for illnesses such as ADD or ADHD, depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and other stress-related illnesses as well as offering therapy for sexual abuse. We also offer counseling services for any other emotional or psychological illness.
