Intervenes with children in the community, in school and with their families to assist in managing behavioral/mental health needs. Works in a therapeutic environment to meet all aspects of child mental health. Assists schools, families and team in educating, coaching to child needs. Works with community partners for wraparound approach. Able to work with individuals and groups. Works with diverse age group and skill level. Coordinates and conducts assessments, treatment planning, crisis assistance, monitoring and overall service delivery and obtaining services necessary to basic human needs. Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CT, LSW, LPC with three years of experience required. LISW or LPCC with three years of experience preferred. Maintain licensure and post Areas of Competence and Services. Must have a valid Ohio driver's license. Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health CenterWe are a group of treatment centers that offer residents of Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pike, and Pickaway Counties help for drug addiction, alcoholism, and a variety of other addictions, health concerns, or emotional disorders. We treat adults, teens, and children for illnesses such as ADD or ADHD, depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and other stress-related illnesses as well as offering therapy for sexual abuse. We also offer counseling services for any other emotional or psychological illness.
