Diagnoses or evaluates mental, emotional and substance abuse disorders of individuals and/or families and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plan.Provides SUD education (Prevention) services to school systems. Complies with the Center’s Outpatient Standards and Substance Abuse Program by performing the assigned essential duties and responsibilities.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following active licensures: LSW or LPC required; with 2 years experience. MA degree in social work or counseling from an accredited graduate school preferred.
Valid Ohio driver's license.
