Provides assistance to AOD residents in achieving the desired outcomes of their individualized service plans. Assists residents in meeting their general needs and enhancing the resident's participation in group activities, meetings and treatment and, when appropriate, providing one-on-one services. Facilitates a variety of activities for residents by performance of essential duties.
- PRN - Must be able to work any shift/day as needed.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following:
Required Education: High School diploma or GED. AAS in Human Services Technology (HST) preferred.
Certification, Credentials and Licenses: CDCA or LDCDII preferred. (must be active)
Experience: 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience with AOD clients preferred.
Valid Ohio driver's license and use of personal car, annual CPR review and annual PPD testing is required.
